Notes: The first edition of this print was made in 1930, and was a limited edition of 200 prints, coming in a folder in the shape of a fan.

A newer limited edition of 200 units was made in 1988.

This print is none of these printing. The signature and seal are lower than in these 2 edition, although the blocks used are the original blocks.

The print seems old, and is toned, consistent with a print made between 1930 - 1950 The paper is a thinner meiji era type of paper as opposed to the thicker showa era paper that you would find for your typical Kawase Hasui print.

The seal on the back of the print reads: Tôkyô Haibara sei ( Manufactured by Haibara in Tokyo )

Definitely rare, and beyond doubts, made during the lifetime of the artist.

Pictures: Pictures are taken outdoor, in the shade, to reflect true colors, without any enhancements of any kind. The last picture is taken indoor, with a light behind the print, to reveal the exact paper grain, holes if any, or other possible flaws.
